What I Did
Led the brand from inception, defining positioning, tone of voice and naming, and writing the website and product storytelling for launch.
The Context
As a new entrant in a saturated premium chocolate market, the brand needed a clear identity to avoid being perceived as either generic gifting confectionery or niche artisanal product. The proposition and product range required a narrative that made it immediately recognisable and desirable.
The Strategy
I defined a distinctive brand voice and messaging framework that balanced indulgence with personality, ensuring the brand felt memorable rather than ornamental. Product naming, site structure and storytelling were developed together so browsing the range communicated the brand concept, not just individual flavours.
The Impact
Launched with a coherent identity and clear narrative, allowing customers to quickly understand the brand and navigate the product range without explanation. Defined the brand messaging and wrote the website for launch, structuring how the product and refill system were explained from first introduction through repurchase.
